I'm not really happy with the environment around me.  Although there are some nice or close to ideal aspects of the environment we live in, the problem is that along with negative aspects, the "good" once are only so for some people.  I feel that there are too many cases where an area will be renovated two or three times over before other areas that really need it are.  I feel it's like trying to put out a fire with a wet sponge.  if all you do is dab one spot over and over then the rest will end up burning.  Instead i think the entire problem should be handled in a more evenly distributed manner.

I would still use a one area at a time approach but instead of focusing on one area until it is top of the line then moving on, I would try to better the area as a whole.  although it seems to be a slower approach, I feel that it is the best way to ensure that the environment and community grow as a whole.
